This document governs the relationship between ceri88 and every user who accesses or uses the platform's services. Please read all terms carefully before registering or using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms

Identity verification may be required before a user can make a withdrawal. Documents requested during the verification process must be valid and consistent with official government-issued identification. ceri88 reserves the right to reject or delay transactions if the verification process has not been completed or if the documents provided do not meet the requirements.
3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

4. Payments, Transactions, and Currency
All transactions on the ceri88 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users may make deposits using available local payment methods, including bank transfers to local bank accounts and digital wallets supported by the platform. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to change at any time and will be communicated through the platform.
Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits come from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of illegal activity. ceri88 reserves the right to block or hold funds and request further clarification if there are indications of suspicious transaction activity.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the verified account holder. ceri88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected payment method and account verification status, and all time estimates stated on the platform are general approximations.
Bonuses and promotions credited to a user's account are subject to separate terms of use, including applicable rollover requirements. Users must read and understand the bonus terms before using them. Bonuses cannot be redeemed for cash directly unless the rollover conditions have been met.
5. Account Suspension and Closure Policy
ceri88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if a violation of these terms and conditions is found, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, providing false information during registration, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the bonus and promotions system.
In the event of an account suspension, the user will be notified via the email address registered to their account. Users have the right to submit an appeal or request clarification by contacting the ceri88 support team via the official email address. The appeal process will be handled in accordance with applicable internal procedures and ceri88 will issue a final decision within a reasonable timeframe.
If account closure occurs at the user's own request (self-exclusion), any remaining balance in the account — after deducting any outstanding obligations — will be returned to the user via the registered payment method, subject to the required verification process. ceri88 is not liable for any losses arising from the use of the service by a user who voluntarily closes their account.
6. Intellectual Property Rights and Third-Party Links
All content available on the ceri88 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of ceri88 or parties that have granted usage rights to ceri88. Such content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from platform content without prior written permission from ceri88. Unauthorized use of ceri88's intellectual property constitutes a violation that may be subject to legal action.
The ceri88 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites. Such links are provided solely for informational convenience and do not imply that ceri88 endorses, sponsors, or is responsible for the content, products, or services available on those third-party sites. Users access third-party sites entirely at their own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law
